• Your photos and related data are primarily stored locally on your device.
• We do not maintain copies of your photos on our servers after analysis is complete.

4.3 Face Data

Datelytics AI does not collect, process, or store biometric or face data from user photos. Important clarifications regarding face data:

• We do not perform facial recognition on uploaded photos
• We do not extract, measure, or retain any facial features, facial geometry, or biometric identifiers
• While your photos may contain faces, we do not specifically process face data
• Photos are temporarily shared with our AI technology partner (Claude AI by Anthropic) solely for general composition and content analysis, not for facial recognition or biometric purposes
• No face data is extracted, stored, or shared with third parties
• Photos remain stored only on your device and are not permanently stored on our servers
• We do not build user profiles based on facial characteristics or use face data for any purpose

Our photo analysis is focused on general aspects like lighting, composition, background, and overall impression - not on processing specific facial data.
